This room incorporates a block of information on the wine production of monasteries, chapters and bishoprics on farms and in priories, and the context that gave rise to wine- producing facilities, such as the one in Santo André de Camporredondo.

The Wine Press Balcony

The balcony that looks onto the wine presses offers information on their workings and enables visitors to identify the two that are still preserved and some components of the other three that formed an exceptional ensemble, making this building a magnificent wine-producing factory.
